Today my mom, my sister my guy and I made 14 dozen Tamales!! Wow its a lot of work but I look forward to it every year. Its our Christmas tradition. We steam cook them on Christmas Eve for dinner. Its so much fun to gather around the table and catch up with each other. We are preparing to have another set of hands help us next year (my niece Mia) :)
